TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 Security Settings
On April 3, 2017, Perkins Web Portal will no longer support connections over TLS 1.0. Browsers that do not support TLS 1.2 or greater will no longer be able to access this website.
Compatible Browsers
The following browsers are compatible with TLS 1.2. Please update your browser to ensure that you will continue to have access to this website as well as other U.S. Government websites.

Additional Options
If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer, you can turn on TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 by following these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer

Click the Tools icon (gear symbol) in the upper right hand corner of the browser and click Internet Options.
- In the Internet Options window, select the Advanced tab.
- In the Advanced tab, under Settings, scroll down to the Security section.
- In the Security section, check Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2.
- Click Apply, then click OK.

Close all IE windows and then reopen IE for the setting to take effect.
